Section 01 · The problem
Quantities under-estimated — BoQ explodes mid-project, eating your margin alive.
Schedule slips quarter after quarter. Idle equipment. Idle crews. Penalties stacking.
Contractor lodges a fat claim. You have no contractual ammunition to counter.

Section 02 · Who I am
I started on a Diploma in Civil Engineering in 1989 and have spent every year since on a live site — first as a junior engineer at Simplex pouring piles for cement plants, eventually as a regional construction lead at Tata Projects executing 42-storey towers, hospitals, water systems and steel plants worth thousands of crores.
Along the way I added the credentials — AMIE(I), AMIMechE(I), Member of the Indian Institute of Welding, and an M.Tech in Structural Engineering. Chartered Engineer with the Institution of Engineers (India). Currently completing CMA Inter and Materials & Metallurgical at IE India.
But certifications are not why clients call. Clients call because I have personally signed off on the concrete pour for a 275-metre RCC chimney, the rebar schedule for a 42-storey shear-wall tower, and the claim file that pulled ₹10.7 Cr out of an arbitration. That experience is now packaged as a service through Qontrack.org.
